Information we collect
Enquiries collect your name, email, optional phone, subject and message. Assessment registration collects the certificate name, purchase email, mobile, purchase date, payment reference and your confirmations. Parent name, birth date, city, state and PIN are optional. Assessment results include correct characters, typed characters, time, English language, speed and accuracy. We do not ask for Aadhaar, bank passwords or card numbers.
Why we use it
We use submitted details to respond, review your purchase and assessment, prepare a certificate and resolve correction requests. We send operational messages such as verification codes and support replies. Form consent does not enrol you in marketing.
Private records and sharing
Authorised administrators can review private records in WordPress. Hosting and email services process information to run the website and deliver messages. Kreato processes checkout and payment information under its own terms. We receive the reference you submit and check it against our seller records. We do not collect card data in our forms. We do not sell applicant or learner records.
Public certificate verification
A published certificate ID exposes only the certificate name, issuer, English language, measured results and assessment/issue dates. Email, mobile, purchase reference, parent name, birth date and location are excluded. Optional profile details remain private for staff preparation and corrections.
Retention and deletion
Enquiries, applications and typing attempts are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Issued certificate records are retained separately to support verification until removed. Temporary email challenges expire after 10 minutes and test sessions shortly after completion. Hosting backups and mail records follow the configured provider retention. A deletion request also removes matching certificate verification records unless continued retention is required by applicable law.
Cookies and abuse prevention
WordPress uses essential platform and administrator login cookies. Form controls temporarily use hashed email or network identifiers to limit abuse. Read the cookie notice. These packages include no advertising trackers or optional analytics.
Your requests
Email contact@typingtestaward.com from the address associated with your record to request access, correction, deletion or withdrawal of consent. Include your application, assessment or certificate reference if available. We may check control of the email to protect your records. Withdrawal does not undo completed processing; it may prevent further assessment or certificate service.
Children and changes
These services are intended for adults. A parent or guardian should contact support before any minor uses a paid service. Do not submit a minor’s details through the standard form. If our tools or processing change, we update this notice with the effective date. Applicable privacy rights remain available.
